We provide individual, couple and family counseling for mental health challenges including behavioral addictions and trauma as well as neurofeedback to calm the body, balance instabilities and improve focus.
When challenges interrupt life, making it difficult to manage, having a therapist/guide to help you regain your potential gets you where you want to be sooner with greater success. I work with you in a collaborative manner to discover your strengths to address your challenges and unlock your potential.
We will work with you as your guide in helping you gain insight necessary to uncovering your personal areas of darkness that block emotional healing and understanding. We strive to assist individuals, families and couples in addressing life altering challenges such as betrayal, guilt, anxiety, depression, disability, chronic illness, marital problems and other life stressors that impede people’s abilities to navigate the uncertainties of life.
We will work hard to make therapy a positive, fulfilling experience and will move at the pace you are comfortable with. Our purpose is to listen to you, understand what you are going through, and help you navigate the path toward emotional wellness.
We will help you move effectively beyond self-defeating habits to a more rewarding, satisfying life while gaining awareness and skills.

We have 8 therapists in our office:
Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who is also a Certified Biblio/Poetry Therapist and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist.
A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Two Licensed Professional Counselors
Two Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker
and Two Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapists
All of our therapists here have Comprehensive Clinical Neurofeedback training through EEG info.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our intake appointments range from $210 to $225
Follow up appointments range from $165 to $190
Neurofeedback and testing are an additional charge.
We do take several insurances and have some self-pay options as well. Insurances we currently take are, BCBS, UCare, Preferred One, Aetna, out of network plans- Health Partners.
