I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) a form of therapy designed to treat mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression and borderline personality disorder.

I also, hold certifications for Thinking for a Change (Cog Skills) and Moral Recognation Therapy (MRT). Both most commonly used in lifeskill and reintegration populations.

The most satidfying and rewarding part about being a therapist is having the privledge of being witness to others' success. Being involved in someone's healing and helping them gain confidence in themselves is why I love being a therapist.

I have worked with individuals who have struggled with anything from general Stress to severe Personality Disorders and psychosis.

Recently, I spoke with an old client who informed me they are still sober, four years after we worked together on their sobriety. I was over joyed to hear that this individual was able to regain custody of his son and has been able to hold down a steady job for the last two years. It is stories like these that make me love this work.

Sometimes in life, the every day struggles can become too much, other times life knocks us down and getting back up seems near impossible. Reaching out is scary and requires vulnerability. I'm here to tell you, reaching out is the bravest thing you can do. I am here to be a support in your move forward toward the life you were meant for. Whether you struggle with Addiction, Depression, Grief, or just general Stress, therapy is a place where we can work together to find where things went sideways and figure out how to get back on the path to your best life.
