About
I enjoy helping others self-explore, learn new skills that create positivity, heal from past wounds, and mend relationships.
My overall experience is working with trauma events people have experienced that hinder current relationships. I also utilize training to mentor and teach other future therapists.

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What type of counseling is best suited for you. Some therapists simply listen and paraphrase, some give homework challenges, is there an agenda at the beginning of the session, how to maintain focus, who is leading the session (the client or the therapiist or is it a joint effort), is the client desiring to incorporate their faith. If married, will there be individual and couple sessions needed? If the family, will the therapist offer home-based sessions to observe family interactions?
