I believe that each person wants to be heard, accepted, and validated. I also believe each person has the ability to ease emotional pain, gain clarity, and create joy. I strive to build a genuine, supportive therapeutic relationship with each client to help achieve these goals.

I provide therapy to individuals and groups and enjoy working with people who are experiencing life's tough situations and circumstances. I address a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, sexual addiction, job stress, anger management, relationship problems, and grief and loss.
