My combination of working with various clinical modalities therapeutically in which I have been extensively trained and a client's astrological chart which is both a map of habitual personal response patterns and of general energy allows rapid progress to increased consciousness and ways of stepping out of ones destructive and troublesome behaviors, emotions and thoughts. This is particularly powerful when working with couples, a specialty of mine, as the areas that are difficult as well as flowing between people can be worked with without guilt or shame.
I have been doing this work for several decades and I simply love doing it.
I am intentionally not on social media so tho Facebook recently snagged me and I have innumerable friend requests I have chosen not to respond....facebooks manipulation of media is unacceptable to me.
Seeing people heal, especially from any aspect of PTSD, and seeing people realize their inner spring of joy and enthusiasm (from the Greek---en--in, and theos--god), i.e. going free from the burden of the habitually driven self.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An introductory session to determine whether we both feel comfortable with one another, after which all subsequent sessions are client determined. No requirements, no expectations, no defined structure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Four year training analysis with a wonderful woman who was a professor of psychiatry at Harvard, several year clinical training in Psychosynthesis with its founder Roberto Assagioli, MD (I lived 9 years in The Netherlands), full clinical trainings in Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Rebirthing breathwork, extensive training in various modalities of body work. This training coupled with training in TM and in my years in the Osho ashram in India in the intensive meditations of Osho/Rajneesh, as well as hypnotherapy/deep trance work both with Assagioi and California.
I started studying astrology in my mid 20's while in graduate school at Harvard and realized early on what an extraordinary tool it was. One of my clients in Portland, Maine, a major teaching psychiatrist, at his first appointment demanded that for all subsequent appts I would have thoroughly studied his chart. He remained a client for a year plus.

Yes. An initial session is 125 as are subsequent sessions, all a full hour in length. No 50 minute sessions.
In decades of practice both in Portland and Marin California, as well as 8 years in Amsterdam, I have never taken insurance. Further in the mid 90's I gave up my Maine registration, returning to the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland as Focaliser of Education and to India for some extended periods of contemplation. I started practicing again in the 2000's.
I have always made my fees somewhat adjustable.
How did you get started in this business?
It was a natural extension of my studies in the field tho my initial years were in The Netherlands in Dutch.
