I've been a life coach and psychotherapist for almost 30 years. I have a very unique approach in that use of myself in my sessions is paramount. So is not rushing my clients, every session takes up to an hour as therapeutic relationships take time and focus. My specialties are anxiety counseling, stress management, LGBTQ, professional women.
I am an LCSW-C in the State of Maryland. I specialized in EAP's in grad school. I trained as a life coach through Coachville and Marion Franklin. I studied relationship, dating and singles coaching at the Relationship Coaching Institute and matchmaking at the Matchmaking Institute in NYC.
I've worked with thousands of diverse clients from janitors to CEO's and everyone in between.
