As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, Clinical in Maryland. I have experience working with a wide range of mental health and trauma. I work with a wide range of issues including substance use, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, OCD and ADHD.
My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psycho dynamic and patient centered therapy. I feel that meeting the client where they are and working with them on issues they feel are important to them key.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation session to see if we are a good fit for each other. If we both agree we are a match then we will begin meeting weekly for our sessions. As of right now I am only meeting with clients via Zoom.
