I have experience working with adults who are struggling with stress, depression, anxiety, complicated grief, parenting, elder care, relationships and substance misuse.
I draw from Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) with a focus on identifying negative thoughts, the impact they play on emotions and that lead to negative behaviors.
My mindfulness-based, client centered approach with a focus on strengths, goals, and current needs will aid you in developing coping skills that will allow you to move from problematic emotions and unhealthy habits to healing.
I have a non-judgmental, compassionate, supportive, and reflective style. My aim is to help you figure the path that’s right for you to begin the process of change. With that said seeking help is the first step in your courageous journey towards improving thoughts, emotional stability, actions and a greater wellbeing.

My online rate is $125 per month. This includes unlimited messaging and one 30-minute live session per week via phone, chat or video conference. Note that missed sessions do not carry over. My pay as you go rate is $50 per hour and $25 per half hour. I am not currently accepting in office clients at this time. I accept HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards.
