What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I conider myself flexable and can provide service in home, from my office, by phone and even by video such as Zoom
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studed under a Abenaki Medicine Man as well as taking classes for counseling in collage. I also invested time in serbriaty coaching. I volunteered at a Vetran safe house for a year doing counseling work.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My minium rate is $40 an hour as I feel strongly that people in need get service.
How did you get started in this business?
I have done this since I was 18 in one form or another. I am 58 years young and feel that not my education but also life experience helps me to have uinque empathy with a client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with elders, teens of special needs, victims of trama and the lost and lonely souls who need guidance to feeling safe and at peace.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Before C-19 I would perform Native Drum at a few local gatherings. I also enjoy learning and growing with clients as we set in motion positive goals.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask questions. Find somebody who really wants to help you and be ready to invest the time into it :)
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What are the goals of what you are seeking. Ask yourself if you can make real commitment to yourself and the process.
