Seascape Therapeutic Counseling & Consulting
About
Seascape is different in so many ways, but one of the highlights that we are able to offer is "beach-eco therapy. We schedule a session directly at one of the area beaches i.e. Plum Island, Salisbury, etc..., which has been especially positive with my clients who have depression, anxiety or past trauma and suffer from PTSD. We always start in my office (currently Telehealth) and then when it seems right, can book a beach appointment!
The number one thing that I love about the work that I do, is that I get to bear witness to the emotional growth of another person. I am part of a team approach, where a bond is formed between therapist and client that lends to doing some meaningful work in order to create balance in their life.

How did you get started in this business?
I have been in the business for over 20 years. I like to tell people that social work, listening & helping others has been in my blood since I was a child...but it all took off, when I returned to finish my bachelors degree in social psychology and interned at a North Shore Rape Crisis Center, Beverly Ma. I learned that trauma and crisis was an area that many shied away from and that moved towards, The harder the case, I migrated to it. This has never changed in all of these years!
