I have tools that help to manage and balance ones soul with todays challenges. Many people go away with a sense of something has been sparked in them and an acceptance they hadn't felt before.
I enjoy connecting and using my skills around relationships, psychology, metaphysics and healing eye movements that really are very effective. I use a unique way of looking at what is going on and it resonates into a new path. I really like how people find the reading very deep and rewarding.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Begin with a breath exercise. Then I look into what I am sensing and feeling about their blocks. I use healing affirmations and do a singing bowl. We go over some imagery together and I help with a few anxiety releasing eye movements. We end with a look at what and how to manage the coming weeks with balance and ease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years at a leading health spa doing counselling work with people from all around the world. I have a degree from UMass and a degree from Kripalu in body work and yoga training. I have extensive meditation jouneys that allow me the gift of insight into ones soul.
