I can help you feel better! It is that simple...complicated in the initial stages of understanding your true issues and your goals, but it is doable. I've had 20 years experience in helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. The exciting part is that you have the power within you to make it happen...it is just taking the time to understand it better, identify specific goals and with my help, navigate new behaviors.
My passion, and what makes me love my work is helping individuals see the light at the end of the tunnel. There is hope, there are answers. You do not have to stay stuck. It just takes a bit of time, understanding, self-compassion and identifying your compelling reason for wanting change.
Life is short. As they say...grab it while you can. Ask for help, get the help and make it happen. I will support and guide you through this journey. You will get better and be happier!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen. I ask what they want to work on...
I encourage them to ask any and all questions throughout the therapy and/or coaching process.
We define the problems in partnership and come up with goals in partnership. It is my job to establish a trusting, safe climate in which the client examines their true needs and desires. Understanding the blocks to those needs is important and equally important are the real goals they want to reach.
It's exciting, hard work and the end result are wonderful discoveries that offer a new, fulfilled, happier life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Social Work/Counseling, received certification from Human Effectiveness Training in Chicago and in 2021 received certification as a Life Coach from The Life Coach School.
