I have a degree in Christian Counseling, and currently working on my Masters. I have a certification in Alcohol Abuse and Drug Addiction, Family and marriage Counseling. I also have over 10 years of mentoring, Behavior issues and love what I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When receiving a contract or referral for a new client I first allow them to interview me through introduction by phone. I set up appointment for and initial introduction. During the introduction I allow the client and or representative to get to know me, sharing the nature of the position that I operate in. I answer any questions that the client and or representative may have for me regarding the business.
