    I was having an issue with a coworker and needed to file a grievance. I wasn't exactly sure how tyuo go about it or to even go through with it. She showed me how to find my union representative (Cause I kept getting the run-around) and told me to at least document the issue. That way if and when I need to go through with the grievance I'll have a paper trail. Glad I did because it all came down to my word against my coworkers. Gladly I had dates and time. Stamped documentation.
