What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I send clients paperwork for serivces and an assessment to allow me to understand their past and current issues. I offer in person as well as telehealth appointments.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Samantha earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University and her Master's of Social Work from Indiana University. She is invested in helping her clients reach self-understanding and working to help educate and guide them to develop their best self with empathy, insight, and supportive understanding.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I do accept EAP clients and self pay clients. I have a flat fee for an intial assessment is $180.00 and 60 minute therapy sessions are $145.00. I am happy to utilize insurance if clients have checked with their company to see if they have coverage and if I am in their network.
How did you get started in this business?
She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who enjoys working with a variety of clients ranging from young children, tweens, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Her specialty is working on solution focused methods to help her clients find immediate avenues to alleviate stress and frustration and work on a plan and to create a path for overall wellbeing.
She has over fifteen years’ experience in the mental health field providing professional services in settings that include clinical outpatient programs, corrections, CPS/DCS, juvenile and adult probation, school mental health, family court, community mental health, hospice, and aging issues. Her practice style combines cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and other goal-oriented therapies.
