I work from a home office which my clients have felt very comfortable with since it is not such a sterile clinical setting where they might accidentally run into someone they know.

I offer clients counseling services through individual face-to-face 1-1 services and couple's counseling. I also offer clients web-based counseling via Skype and PayPal.

Although I do not accept insurance, my rates are very affordable starting at just $55.00 for an individual per session.

I provide my clients my undivided time, an environment where they can feel comfortable to discuss things close to their hearts and give my upmost efforts at counseling them, guiding them, and also helping them to make some important insights of their own....

I provide Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy - an evidence based approach to counseling, as well as Solution Focused, and Framily Systems. I provide a trusting, safe place so clients feel comfortable to share their deepest emotions and concerns, which is essential to the client's success as well as is a positive therapeutic alliance. We create an individual plan of services for each client's specific needs. There is no cookie cutter approach. My clients are a major part of designing their Counseling Goals.

I have been eduating, counseling, and guiding people through their own journies in life for almost 3 decades. Without passion, I would not be able to continue this intense of a career as I have. I believe in people's ability to improve, make life-style changes, and become whole regardless of the suffering they may have had to experience in life. Couples that are out-of-sinct with each other can improve their relationships significantly with the proper motivation, skills, and ability to forgive. Undoubtedly, the primary issues within couples and families is Effective Communication and Active Listening. I focus on this along with the 15 Cognitive Distortions (the tenants of Cognitive Therapy) and Foregiveness as major elements in the services I provide.

I have a BA in Psychology (with honors), a Master's Degree in Counseling, am a Wisconsin Licensed Professional Counselor, and have earned a California Educational Credential - Pupil Personnel Services; been credentialed as a Family Preservation Counselor, and was formerly licensed as a Multi-Systemic Counselor.
