We're a comprehensive physical therapy practice providing individualized treatment plans for a variety of issues. We utilize the most current research in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, pain management, and patient education in order to allow for recovery at your own pace and to achieve a true sense of wellness.
Dr. Praneeth Purimetla is a Chicago native. He received his B.S. in Finance from Depaul University and DPT from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is currently undergoing fellowship training, a level of education achieved by a small percentage of physical therapists.

This review is long long overdue as I have seen Praneeth years ago. Might sound too good to be true but he fixed my back! I was having sciatica pain for a while and no one knew why and quite frankly none of the doctors Ive seen cared.. until I met Praneeth. He was honest and his recommendations for the exercises were very realistic. He advised me to workout as it might help with my pain and guess what? He was right! The more I work out the less pain I have.
