Revisions Counseling Services, LLC is dedicated to assisting clients to identify and address potential roadblocks that may be hindering them from moving toward emotional and mental freedom.
With 20 years of experience in the counseling field a prominent characteristic that is presented among clients is the emotional stress of grief and loss. There are over 40 different losses a person can experience in their lifetime. As a culture we have not been trained to deal effectively with loss. A person often surpresses emotional feelings related to a loss. Emotions have energy attached to them and when the cause of the emotions is not addressed and dealt with the person is left with addressing the energy, often in non productive and destructive ways.
Addressing your emotional issues and making revisions to how you address loss in your life will assist you in immediately address losses before they become problemativ and affect other areas of your life.

Out team members dedicated to assisting you are Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors from various backgrounds. You will have access to professionals who are Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselors, Anger Management, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relationship Counseling, Anxiety and Depression, and Grief Counseling.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients can call and schedule and appointment at 630-481-6644. At your initial session you will complete an intake packet and a face to face consultation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Licensed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I have completed required training for Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Domestic Violence training to engage individuals engaged in intimate partner abuse. I have also completed training and certified as a Grief Recovery Specialist.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The Initial session is $150
Individual Session are $120/ 60 minute session
Group Counseling Sessions are $55/ 90 - 120 minutes
How did you get started in this business?
I often had friends and family sharing information and seeking advise. I recognized having an inate ability to help and encourage others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with individuals ages 11 - 70. I've worked with individuals dealing with addictions, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, Biopolar disorders, couples, families and individuals who just needed someone to talk through problematic issues.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would encouraged a customer looking to hire a pro to recognize their needs and to seek assistance from someone interested in assisting them to get their needs met. Also to be cognizant that they are hiring assistance not someone to dictate what they should and should not be doing.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
They should ask about the individuals expertise and experience.
