I am a Christian Counselor who is passionate about helping to empower teen girls and women. I understand the unique needs of women and encourage them to seek and celebrate their true selves. My practice offers a safe space, encouragement, and structure needed for women to embrace their journey of self-discovery.

I am certified and licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin as a Professional Counselor and Addiction Treatment Professional with an adolescent treatment endorsement. I have received specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Domestic Violence Intervention.

I have 19 years experience working with people who are struggling with addiction, self-harming behaviors, eating disorders, and mental illness.

There is no better feeling in the world than making a connection with another person and helping them grow.
