How did you get started in this business?
I have a bacground in gymnastics and was a dance major in college. So I have always been very active. This has led to some physical problems for me and once I figured out how to deal with them as well as the importance of massage therapy and stretching. I decided that I wanted to help other people that may be going through similar issues. I also enjoy the spiritual side of it with meditation and different types of energy work. I have been trained in Polarity and Reiki as well.
