We are all going through something in this life that others know nothing about. I am here to support you in recognizing that you are "normal" and deserving of compassion and happiness.

My specialties include, but are not limited to: Anxiety–Substance abuse–Depression– Women's Issues–Self-esteem Issues–Life Transitions–ADHD. I have 15+ years of experience working in public education as a teacher and a counselor. I am knowledgeable about Special Education services including Individualized Education Plans and Section 504 accommodations.
