Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have an initial free phone consultation with any new or potential clients. This allows me to get a feel for their situation and in turn allows the customers to ask any questions regarding their situations or my future representation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree and have been practicing law for the past 16 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I pride myself on having very fair and competitive pricing. I do not have a one size fits all pricing methods as all cases do not entail the same circumstances or amount of work and that would be unfair to the clients. After an initial free consultation with a newer potential client wearing I have the opportunity to get a feel for their case I then will quote them a very fair price based on their circumstances and specifications.
How did you get started in this business?
I developed an interest for the law in college when I begin studying political science and taking several legal courses. Thereafter I attended law school and discovered my passion for the practice of law and zestly advocating for my clients.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with a wide variety of clients. I take pride in assisting anyone I can.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Recently, I helped an elderly client to retain her home that an individual was attempting to fraudulently take from her. Several attorneys had refused to assist her prior to her reaching out to my office. I knew the case would be difficult, but I also knew I had to assist her. It was a wonderful day when I was able to hand her the deed to her home!
