I develop programs based on specifically detailed understandings of each individual on many levels.
With my extensive background and experience in strength and conditioning with division 1 athletes, physical therapy and rehabilitation, nutrition and exercise/sport psychology counseling, and flexibility training, special populations training, and a strong understanding of all things in and around the scope of exercise physiology I hope to transform lives by educating clients on every facet of their health and fitness. I intend to teach clients all that I can rather than just tell them what to do. This way, they have the tools and knowledge to continue their health and fitness journey long after working with me as well as pass that knowledge on to others.
I am extremely personable and very good at understanding individual needs not only in program design, nutrition, flexibility, age/gender considerations, etc. but also in the social, psychosocial, and psychological understanding of people and the effect they have on a person who engages in regular exercise. I am dedicated to perfecting the smallest details because the whole picture and desired goals are unattainable and unsustainable without the smallest details. Ultimately, reaching your goals is a journey, not a destination. Each detail is a small step forward or backward. I will only allow you to step forward on your lifelong fitness journey.
