This is based on my book Asthma Free in 21 Days and expertise as a trauma specialist (EMDR Certified and EMDRIA Aproved Consultant), Certified Addiction Professional, Gottman Trained Relationship Therapist, and certified Yoga Therapist (E-IAYT), author, and my own issues with trauma (hit by a drunk driver while running, and Stage 3 Breast Cancer). Utilizing these tools, and we develop and comprehensive specialized program for your mindbody health.

How did you get started in this business?
After my training at New York University. I started in the field of addictions and helped start the first rehab center.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All age groups, ethnicities, gender, who are struggling with stress, trauma, substance abuse, chronic health, and relationship issues. Some clients are on probation, or court ordered because of DUI, or other situations that occurred under the influence.

Saving a rabbit from drowning, and walking by the beach early in the morning...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Check out their training and years of experience. Make sure the education and training was from an accredited university (not just a month long certificate program). Find out if they are licensed and continue to keep current with trends in the field. And see what reviews they have. You may want to speak to them on the phone first to get a "feel" for their energy and experience.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
1) What do they hope to accomplish in therapy. 2) Are they open to talking about things that are not comfortable. 3) Are they willing to give therapy time for the healing to happen.
