I am here because I'm passionate about helping you work through any of life's challenges that have prevented you from being & feeling your best. I will work hard to meet you were your at, help you pursue worthy goals, and support you as you face life's challenges.
I'm confident that my action-oriented approach, informed and backed by research will teach you how to transform your way of thinking so you can therefore transform your life. Together we will build a therapuetic relationship (rapport) and l will help you to renew, refocus, and restore your mental and physical health to promote positive and lasting change.
I believe in complete confideneality and transparency. I will never push anyone to disclose anything that they themselves are ready to.
I will help guide you in a direction that only you set forth. All session will be client based and at the speed and comfort level of my clients and not that of other therapist as well as that of society's.
My services will be cost effective because I believe now more than ever that all mental health services should be unatainable and within reach even for those still unemployed. I will base all clients on a sliding scale which will be dependent on ones income and not social statutes.
I believe that we are all capable of transforming our preconditioned subconcious minds through a technic that is implemented once daily after it is learned through a exercises called "affirmations" which can also be described as the "rewiring" of our subconscious & concouis thoughts.
I also believe that therapy isn't a "one size fits all" kind of thing but more importantly it's based on am individuals current level of self-awareness, self-esteem, and self-graditude.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to initially establishe a therapuetic rapport with my clients. I believe that it is one of the most if not the most vital part of the entire therapuetic process. A client that isnt comfortable with their therapist often times won't self-disclose their traumatic events or feel like they can be vunerable around there therapist if they don't have a good foundation of trust, confideneality, or therapuetic goals that are client driven.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling & a 14 year Disabled Army Veteran. I have also cultural experience due to living abroad in Germany for over 6 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I work on a sliding scale and often times cheaper than some clients co-pays or deductibles.
(1) 60 min therapy session $60.00
Sessions are usually 1 hour but depending on my clients needs they can be shorter or longer.
Again I believe that therapy should be obtainable for everyone no matter their economic status. So, I'd duscuss payment on a individual basis.
However, the normal price is listed above as a standard of practice. Again, I will be willing to work with my clients to meet their needs. Payments must be paid before session starts.
How did you get started in this business?
Following my a master degree in clinical mental health counseling I interned at a juvenile residential facility here in Tampa FL for over 1 year. Then I worked for Suncoast Center in St. Pete as a community based therapist for over 2 years. I've also worked in Inpatient Mental Health Hospital where people are sent for a Baker Act / Substance Abuse.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults ages 19 to 90 years old.
Children ages 18 months to 18 years old.

PTSD (to include Compounding trauma).

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be patient and flexible with your client for all seasons should be run client based and backed by research and/ or therapuetic techniques. Always maintain a clients confidentiality and maje sure to ask at the end of each session if they felt like they got something from it. As what things could be improved on. Always room for growth.
