What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Immediately after any accident it is important to seek medical attention but most people will simply go to a lawyer thinking that the attorney will direct them. This is a falsehood. When you are injured what you need immediately is a doctor. A proper diagnosis not only ensures the best course of treatment. At Chambers Medical we understand the stress that comes after an accident, it numbs the mind and a person is scared because they have never experienced anything like this. Pain is nothing to laugh at, worse pain that stays with you.
For each new patient we do an immediate evaluation to determine what is wrong. After which we discuss with you the course of treatement, as you are suffering from injury in some cases insurance will not be needed as the injury was caused by someone else
We diagnose, we create a plan, and we treat the injury so that you can have a normal functional life.

Chambers Medical Group is a multi-specialty group consisting of Medical Doctors, Chiropractors, and Massage Therapists. Formed in 1990, Chambers Medical Group has proudly served 25 years in auto and work related injuries. We strive to provide auto accident patients with quality care and high customer satisfaction. Located in Kentucky and Florida, Chambers looks forward to serving you soon.

Each patient that makes a successful recovery and is able to live prodcutively after being injured is something I am fond of.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your practioner listens to you so that all information is conveyed. The incident happened to your body, it is up to us to diagnose and treat but only you can tell us how your feeling. Once you do that we figure out the rest.

Describe the level and location of pain.
