What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We perform an initial evaluation with all of our new patients. This involves gathering past medical history specific to the patient and gaining a deep understanding of why the patient is seeking physical therapy. We also assess the patient and determine a plan of care that will be utilized to restore the patient back to their normal baseline.
