I love the convenience and the ability to air out my grief with someone outside of my family in a safe environment. Jessica has provided info and help through talking, listening and activities!

Jessica is a kind person with a sharp mind. She understood my situation quickly and gave me excellent advice. I felt very safe and comfortable in her office, and that I could talk about anything with her.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Trust, confidence and loyalty are important in working with a therapist. I provide cients with a brief phone call prior to setting an appointment to allow us to talk over the issues that you want to change and hear how I would approach it. I provide tele-health coaching all over the USA and work privately out of my Stuart Florida office. I am friendly, genuine and compassionate with a tough personna and always solution focused, with perhaps a little humor to brigthen your day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My Degree and certifications look like this:

Master's in Clinical Social Work, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, EMDR Trained.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Sessions run $75+ for 50 minutes.

Initial session is one hour and costs $90 unless discounted.
Online sessions are 50 minutes.

How did you get started in this business?

My love for women and families have been a large part of my work. In 2015 I opened the Restart Foundation to help serve women in my community.  Counseling and coaching are an extension of what I have learned and the message I have to share with others who are in need.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My clients range from teens struggling with depression and identity to divorced women and elderly facing health issues. I work with first responders and individuals with trauma/PTSD.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Neil was an angry middle aged man who worked through childhood issues that helped repair family issues and self work ranging from perfectionism, addiction and depression. He found time to work on his passions and face the issues from his younger years that caused him to make decisions he regretted. Today he has repaired a relationship with his kids and is working on strengthening his marriage.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Get to know your therapist, you are investing in your mental health and your future. Find someone who makes you feel secure and connected, even if they are out of network!

What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?

Ask us how we are qualified to handle your situation, and if we understand your situation. Culture and age have a lot to do with it.
