It takes courage to ask for help and I'm so glad you're here. 1 in 4 families struggle with addiction, at least 75% of all Dr. visits are stress related. When all you want is peace and support and maybe a little encouragement that things can get better, I am here. Maybe you've been to treatment before, or maybe this is the first time you've asked for help. Either way with my knowledge and experience as well as your expertise on you I can help you heal mind, body and spirit. My goal is for you to become the most successful and happy you that you desire.
My passion is individualizing science and holistic practices such as talk based therapy using CBT, DBT, yoga, mindfulness and other tools such as aromatherapy to treat the whole person. I have over 13 years experience in working with individuals and families with addiction and co-occurring disorders at every level of care from detox to outpatient treatment. I can help you change your thoughts and behaviors and change your life. My practice is entirely online so I can see you directly from your computer, phone or tablet. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first consultation is free, 20-30 minutes to determine what your needs are and to make sure we are a good fit for one another. I can do that via phone, or also via a zoom video session so that you can see what it would be like working with me. My goal is for you to feel like I understand you and we've established a rapport during this time and you know you want to work with me. After we determine we'd like to work together we'll schedule our initial session including assessments, and I will send you my paperwork via email to be completed. I look forward to speaking with you!
