Compassion focused and empathy is key! At Discovery Mental Health we offer a variety of service such as Family and marriage counseling, individual, group, trauma focused, psychiatric evaluations, medication management and additional service to meet your mental health needs.

I am a healer and I fully acknowledge that this is not to be taken lightly. What I do Is not a job but a calling and one must have qualifications beyond text book experience. I have a Bachelors in Social Work a Masters in Social Work and I am currently obtaining my Doctorate in Social Work. I have been working in mental health for over a decade. I started off working with at risk youth in the community and in Foster care. I also have experience with adults who have co-occurring diagnosis such as substance abuse and a variety of mental health diagnosis. I know I've shared a lot here lol but, I thoroughly enjoy seeing people's lives become transformed as they understand the power of healing. We all have lost our way at some point or we're never given the appropriate tools to cope with the pressures of life or traumatic experiences. I am here to remind those who come to me who they are and not what's wrong with you but what happened. In advance, I thank you for allowing me to serve you.
