What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first 1-2 sessions are introduction, I get to know my client by asking him a set of questions and gatering the main things he wants to work on.
After that I have better understanding on how to tailor the program for him, implementing the right excersies and teaching the right tools to help us with the progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been producing workshops in IBM and helping managers and their employees, align with the company transformation and get the best of it.
I coached teams and helped them conform with the change while making sure to retain a high level of satisfaction from their work place.
I worked with individuals helping them realize who they are, what they are good at and making significant changes in their lives !
What types of customers have you worked with?
All of my clients are professionals, mostly from the IT industry. I also worked with students and young professionals who are in between jobs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Look for someone you see the passion in their eyes !
