What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to current Covid-19 regulations, our doors remain locked during hours of operation not only to minimize traffic, but also to ensure appointments are made in advance. 20 minutes is allowed between each appointment to ensure proper sanitation protocol is followed behind each client. Upon arrival, a contactless thermometer is used to take your temperature, followed by the offering of a mask for your face and sanitizer for your hands. You're then provided with the necessary paperwork, one of which is a Covid-19 screening form. Depending on the service you're receiving, you're offered a beverage/refreshment and the opportunity to use the restroom before your consultation/service begins.
