Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting an appointment set up is easy. Call our office at 239-297-7099. We will ask a few questions to make sure that we can really help with your particular challenge. If we can't, we have a list of amazing colleagues in the area that we can refer you to.
We use an online record system, which allows you to complete all of your paperwork and intake questionnaires via a private digital portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our therapists have completed Master's level graduate training programs and are licensed or credentialed.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We charge $125.00 per therapy hour session.
How did you get started in this business?
I am the owner of the practice and have been working in private mental health practice for nearly a decade.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide range of individuals throughout the lifespan. I, and my colleagues, truly believe that the arts can create opportunities for health and healing for all people. No matter the circumstance or challenge.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We love collaborating and offering non-traditional models of service to our clients. Including an Eco-Art One day Retreat, where we take clients by boat to a remote island and engage in creative interventions using the natural elements found there.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
We tell all our clients that the most important part of the therapy relationship is the connection between you and the therapist. If you don't click, it likely isn't going to be helpful. Find someone you connect with.
