What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with both parties over coffee or tea at a public restaurant near me or them ,I don't charge if it's near me if not I charge for initial meeting , amount is based on distance and time involved!AAnd
discuss the matters at hand and take notes and see if we feel that we can work together ,if we do then I make a date to meet again and start the process ,I will offer to go to their house on occasion if they are open to that for a evening meal or such , because that helps me get a insight of their situation!my goal is to not only solve the situation but help the couple move forward in rgmhe right direction so they can feel like life has a new meaning to them
