Cristina Ally, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Orlando, is happy to provide therapeutic services at Flourish Counseling Co. She is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, and the Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) protocol. She often also uses creative and mindful approaches as she moves clients towards healing. She is active in many local counseling events and enjoys being very active in the community.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Hi! You can sign up immediately online through the online portal at www.flourishcounseling.co. If you have more questions, I would be happy to answer any questions you might have with a free 10 minute consult and then I can get you started via phone. Once we have established our relationship on the phone, then you will recieve an emailed link with a portal invitation so you can complete your paperwork online. The process is the same for online counseling (Florida residents only) or for in person appointments. I look forward to meeting you! :)
