About this pro

I help point clients and students in the direction of their innate well-being. I focus on health and stengths rather than diagnoses. I studied with the late Sydney Banks and with Pransky and Associates. I've been in practice in CT since 1994. My book, "The Secret of Love, Unlock the Mystery, Unlesh the Magic" is on Amazon and iBooks.

There is nothing I'd rather do for a career than to help people access their health and well-being. It's wonderful to watch people have insights that transform their world from the inside-out, shih is sustainable over time.

I studied with or taught many of the people here: www.3PGC.org which is also a great resource for the public.

Lori has helped me to reduce anxiety in social settings. Her approach is to guide clients toward discovering the innate health that is already there, even if we lose sight of it from time to time through our negative thinking. She focuses a lot on the present, instead of having the client analyze and relive the past over and over as many other therapists do.

I have become so much happier with myself, while also learning how to better enjoy my time with others, thanks to Lori and the information she provided. I have found the 3 Principles to be life changing in the most positive way!

Lori Carpenos is a skillful practitioner with heart. She always takes the high road and steers her clients to their high road. She is smart, head and shoulders above other practitioners I've worked with. She pointed me in the direction of my innate health and wisdom.

I work closely with Lori in a few Facebook groups and she is very personable and knowledgeable and caring with everyone she talks to. I highly recommend working with her. She knows what she is talking about, and her wisdom and grounding in how life really works is fantastic.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I listen for the person's perspective, how they see things, their worldview, and what is supporting their viewpoint.
