I evaluate my clients very carefully and find out their weakness, problems. I work closely with them and design proper exercises and programs to maximize my clients strength, range of motion, flexibility, balance, gait, endurance and decrease pain.
I have 30 years of experience, working in hospitals, rehab facilities, nursing homes, outpatient clinics, sport teams.
I have special training in back and neck pain, dry needling and soft tissue mobilization.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I evaluate my clients carefully to find out their need. Then I design goals to achieve and also constantly reeval to see our progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Physical Therapist and six years ago I completed my doctorate degree in physical therapy. I also went to Quinnipiac college for master degree in orthopedics. I have taken McKenzie courses for low back, neck and extremities, dry needling courses are just few in many courses.

I charge $150 for an hour.

Many people have asked me to treat them privately in their homes.
