About
I provide mental health counseling services in an office that has a gym and physical fitness setting attached. I enjoy incorporating what may seem unorthodox in therapy because mind, body and spirit are one. Along with being a psychotherapist, I am also a Certified Fitness Trainer. I enjoy utilizing DBT and CBT skills during counseling session. I am passionat about kindness, inclusion, acceptance and creating a true "judgement free zone."
