What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a no-charge initial interview in our office for all prospective clients. We want to get to know you and we want you to get to know us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our counselors have at least an accredited university/college degree, certified training from an accredited organization, 10 or more years of counseling experience plus demonstrated business, community, and work in local, nationally, and internationally recognized professional organizations.
We believe that human services counselors should be certified, trained, experienced, and recognized in their respected business and professional communities.

How did you get started in this business?
We began in the financial counseling business, more than 40 years ago, as an official in the commercial banking industry with one of the largest financial services organizations in the USA. We've had diverse, continuous service in providing counseling services ever since.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have provided services to customers and clients from all racial, ethnic, economic, educational, and social backgrounds throughout these many years.

Our lead counselor has been nominated on two occasions for recognition by Who's Who in the USA. We are humbly and extremely thankful.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always interview the persons who you are considering as your mentoring advisors, no matter what help and support that you are seeking.
