Everyone at some time or another experiences hurts, grief, depression, habits, and trauma that interrupt their lives, and relationships. Remaining stuck in old ways of thinking and habits that may not serve you like they did in the past. Many times this occurs because of some past emotional circumstance, trauma, or new challenges such as loss, grief, life transitions, and depression. At times, the things you believe about yourself, relationships, abilities, work, leave you reacting in an unhelpful or unhealthy manner unable to change your behavior largely because trapped memories, ingrained beliefs from the past, or emotional trauma. Do you feel driven by your past experiences, beliefs and thoughts? The Good News is that your body and mind are capable of releasing the old ways that worked in the past and creating new pathways leading to new freedom and allowing you to reconnect to your authentic self. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you call or email we will set up a 15-20 minute phone consultation to determine if I am the "right" fit for you as a therapists. If I am you will receive an intake packet via email and we will schedule your first appointment. If I am not right for you, I want to make sure you find someone who can help you and will provide you with a referral list.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to earning my Master of Arts in Counseling and Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Colorado Christian University, I am a Certified Master Splankna Practitioner and Life Coach. My approach is holistic to the mind, body and spirit. I meet people exactly where they are to help them reach their goals. I have a passion for working with people from all walks of life, both men and woman over the age of 18.
