Elena has been amazing. I took a chance and decided to try reflexology as an added therapy to help me with knee, foot pain, and inflammation. The feet are like a map and each part of your foot correlates to that part of your body. The pressure points help relieve and move energy. A bonus was learning to relax which helps reduce anxiety.
