My name is April Star. I've been a licensed Aesthetician for 19 years, in business for 11. Did my schooling in Los Angeles and San Jose, CA and interned in Chania, Crete, Greece and Las Vegas. My entire 19 year career has been in Denver and Los Angeles.
I am literally the only professional skin care account in the Denver/Boulder area using 100% chirally correct skin care that is also organically extracted, Made-Better certified, NOP Certified, Cruelty-Free, and many other traits that make my practice an European Union standard practice. The 3 skin care lines I use are from the one and only laboratory in the country practicing this caliber of chemistry. Nobody else in Denver, Boulder area uses my lines. They are Sircuit Skin Cosmeceuticals, Hale & Hush and Modvellum Clinical.
Star Aesthetics provides the full spectrum of fruit and vegatable acid and enzyme peels, Microdermabrasion and Nano Skin Resurfacing for grades 1-3 acne, hyper-pigmentation, Rosacea, scarring and anti-aging needs. Using vegetable dye for facial hair tinting, I do treatments to enhance the lashes and brows to a natural looking effect which is the most attractive and elegant effect. I also provide full body waxing with the exception of Brazilian waxing.
What I love about the work I do is that people are always happy to see me. Often, it's the one thing they look forward to every month. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers should first either book a skin consult alone or along with their facials at www.Star-Aesthetics-Denver.com so I can see their skin and discuss treatment plan ahead of time. If they'd like to call me first with any questions they can reach me at 831-600-5090.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aesthetics training from California Aesthetics Institute of San Jose but this school is closed now. My other school is Marinellos Los Angeles, and interned at Dermalogica clinic in Chania, Crete, Greece for 1 year and New York New York Hotel in Las Vegas for 4 months before beginning first employed position in Denver, CO. Ongoing education through the Associated Skin Care Professionals both online and in seminars for 19 years since.

$90.00 - $225.00 depending on how prepped skin is and other needs and also individual desires of the clients. Most peels are $90.00.
