I reached out to an online service for a therapist. Michael's response time to my request was immediate which was a great first impression. I am interested in pre-martial counseling and conflict resolution with my partner. When reading Michael's bio of creditials he possed the qualities fit for what my mate and I will need to become better learners of one another. While speaking to Michael his demeanor immediately felt right, he made me feel like I was being heard, that our matter was important and was able to meet our needs to see a therapist as soon as possible. , he asked the right questions to us and allowed us the right to ask him any questions we may have about him to ensure we would be a great fit for one another.
