Building rapport is first and foremost. To me, the word "client" is bad word. I will always refer to you by name and come from a non judgement angle. Respect is key.
I enjoy the interactions I have with people on all levels. My appreciation for their life perspectives is always astonishing me. Especially when a person includes you on their journey. I look to learn more about the person and help them live with whatever difficulties they are facing

I have extensive experience working in the mental health field. I am trained in various cognitive based curriculum such as: Thinking for a Change, Teenage Empowerment, Seeking Safety, Social Skills Development, Positive Parenting, Nurtured heart, and Motivational Interviewing. Currently, I am in my 2nd year for my Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling Masters program
