About

Like asteroid impacts make craters on the moon, our experiences can leave behind emotional impressions on our subconscious mind, coloring our perspective and shaping how we react to the world around us below the level of conscious awareness. This is why our strongest emotional reactions don't respond to logic or reason. Mind Mechanic Rapid Resolution Therapy shifts the way the mind processes information at the source of our thoughts and feelings, completely clearing those impressions left over by experience and painlessly resolving trauma from the inside out.

The resulting difference is both transformative and lasting, and occurs in 1-3 sessions.

I was on track to go to veterinary school in 2012. I was walking dogs in New York City while I completed prerequisite courses. One day, I was walking a large golden retriever in Chelsea and came upon a woman weeping kn the curb outside of a CVS with bandages on her wrists. I was inclined to give her space, but the dog wasn't, and pulled me right up to her and sat down. She hugged the dog, cried for a while, then calmed down and stopped crying. She looked up at me and told me what she had gone through while still petting the dog. After a while she smiled, told me she felt better, thanked me, stood up, and went home.

I went home and called a friend, trying to figure out how I could find a career that would allow me to feel as wonderful as I did just being there for that woman. Later that summer I moved to CA and began my Master's program in Social Work. I have never looked back.

I specialize in working with survivors of sexual violence, PTSD/Trauma, and grief. I also work with depression, anxiety/panic, anger, OCD, and phobias.
