Structural Chiropractic
About
Structural Chiropractic seeks to create the correct motion and alignment of the spine, so you feel better and function at a higher level. We do this is a safe, effective, efficient, and holistic manner. We seek to get to the root cause of your health issues as they relate to joints not moving well, which irritate your nerves, and so interfere with your health, and we do that through specific adjustments. Adjustments work with your body's innate ability to heal itself, giving motion to where it is stuck, thus unleashing your body's ability to heal. We adjust full body: full spine, arms, wrists, hands, legs, ankles, feet. Our adjusting style includes by hand, or instrument (Activator Methods), and we make use of various chiropractic tables as well. For those in need of Structural Correction, for example, to correct a straight neck (Anterior Head Syndrome), we use a combination of adjusting, Durable Medical Equipment, stretches and exercises. Another example is working with you to create custom orthotics for your feet to have proper arch support (a critical component to health). Degenerative Disc Disease (collapsed disc), Degenerative Joint Disease (osteoarthritis) are also Structural Shifts from Normal that we can help you with to get you to a better place in health and function. We may incorporate specific soft tissue care that restores function efficiently (Applied Kinesiology, stripping out scar tissue, etc.). We may add exercises and stretches, looking at a broader picture of your health as well for you to continue to take positive steps at home for your health. We see people with all kinds of cases and conditions, and we take Personal Injury cases. We accept most insurances. Make an appointment today with Structural Chiropractic. We do things differently. Passion and Commitment: Dr. Peter Rehl became interested in chiropractic in year 2000 when he had a low grade fever for eight months and low back pain. The MDs could not find a solution to the issue. It was a chiropractor who, through chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, lab work, and nutrition helped him recover. His chiropractor helped him realize he needed to stop eating grains grown in the U.S. with gluten while also understanding our bodies need a special kind of care to be at optimum health to balance the nervous system, with a focus on the spine: chiropractic! A year later, Dr. Rehl also received a sports injury to his leg, and his chiropractor provided care that allowed him to recover well from the injury. As a result of receiving excellent care from a chiropractor, Dr. Rehl committed himself towards a life-long endeavor to give back to those in his communities with passion the kind of chiropractic care that changed his life around for the better. Dr. Rehl engages his patients with candor, enthusiasm, warmth, and a high level of care. Dr. Rehl believes it is with a combined approach of chiropractic adjusting, soft tissue work, and nutritional changes that the best health can be attained.
Education: Dr. Peter Rehl received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, CA and obtained a Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, MA. Dr. Rehl has trained himself in hundreds of hours of chiropractic education in addition to formal college education.
