Every case is different. Some cases are billed hourly and some are contingency and some are a hybrid of both. For almost all personal injury cases we offer a contingency model which means you pay nothing and we only get paid if we win your case. If we aren't successful you owe us nothing so we really are taking all the risk. Therefore we only take cases that we feel have a good chance of winning.
