I like to look at the whole person. Therapy can be daunting for most, so in order to embrace this challenge together we will find a nurturing and safe environment where a person can feel most comfortable to share. I like to use so many different approaches because we are all so different.
I love helping others. I especially love helping others find their own abilities and tools themselves. From talk therapy, to play therapy(for children), to stretching, to meditation, we will find which approach best suits you!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I start by building a foundation. If there is no foundation then there is not trust, and acceptance that can take place. People want to feel validated and accepted and I start where the Client is at so I can best move forward with assisting them with their goals.
