What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak briefly on the phone to see if we are a good match. Then, we set up an appointment for an initial session. After that, 48 hours before the initial session you will get a link to access the platform used for the online session and complete necessary paperwork (takes about 5 to 10 minutes).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business is new, but I am not. I have been studying psychology for over 10 years and have 3 degrees in psychology, an AA, BS and MS. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 700 hours of post-college training.

Pricing ranges from 60 to 160, depending on the frequency, duration and focus of treatment.
How did you get started in this business?
I began studying psychology in college when I was 19 years old and haven't stopped since. I wanted to focus on applying what I've learned to help people overcome suffering and find meaning.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Clients with diagnoses ranging from Schizophrenia to Major Depression and General Anxiety.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the therapist doesn't talk more than you. Don't quit after not connecting with the first therapist you meet, it can take several attempts to find the right one.
