I have 37+ Years of Experience. I am a doctor who, in years past, endured seven years of anxiety and depression plus other challenging struggles earlier in my life. I understand the fear and despair of feeling like you are living on the edge of life. Consequently, I designed and created my drug-free practice to help people make it through the dark times and provide them with the tools, care, and recovery they seek.

I am a Master in Advanced Clinical & Counseling Hypnotherapy, Energy Psychology Specialist, and Holistic Counselor. I offer one-hour weekly or biweekly phone sessions that work with a 97% Success Rate. [According to the NIMH, psychotherapy only has a 20% success rate.]

When I began Life Coaching with Dr. Dianne Ruth, I was struggling with depression, low self-esteem and daily stress. I also had difficulty relating with my spouse, and expressing my feelings with him. I lived each day with almost constant anxiety.
Dr. Ruth used hypnotherapy with me to help me find the underlying causes of my low self-esteem and anxiety. And I learned self-hypnosis to create a more relaxed state within myself. She taught me to use the One-Step Reframe or Giving it the Finger to solve problems that were bothering me, which is surprisingly effective.
Another of the tools she taught me was EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping. I have learned to use this technique to alter my emotional state and remove negative thoughts and feelings. This has allowed me to have more joy and peace. She taught me to love myself just as I am, and now I can share that love with
    my family and friends.
I am grateful that I could learn from her through our weekly phone sessions, since we live across country from each other. If a personal crisis came up between sessions, she was always available, just a phone call away. I really appreciate her compassion and sincere willingness to help me.
Dr. Ruth has been an important catalyst with my personal growth journey.

To find an appropriate professional to help you resolve your issues and concerns, learn as much as you can that is of interest to you about the person you are considering. Share your concerns with the prospective professional and have a dialog with them about your expectations.

Then, go to that quiet place and become aware of that sometimes faint inner voice that pops up out of nowhere. Trust the inner guidance that gives you a thumbs up or a thumbs down, also referred to as your intuition or gut feeling... and go with it!

Ask yourself, are you drawn to this person? Do you feel like you can trust this person with your secrets and fears? If, for any reason, your comfort level is off, consider looking for someone else that looks, sounds, or feels like "home" (should) feel.

Checking credentials, years in practice, and positive reviews are all good guidelines for determining the professionalism of the healer you are considering. The rapport you can create with the person of your choice, however, is more important to the success of your recovery.

Some common questions and thoughts clients generally think about when confronting a prospective professional initially are: Can they really help me? Is is safe for me to have hope? Will they judge me? If I screw up, will they get mad or angry with me? What will they think of me if I open up to them? Will they really keep my secrets confidential? Will they find me disgusting or be horrified? Can I really TRUST them to be understanding, compassionate, accepting and caring?
