I have 37+ Years of Experience. I am a doctor who, in years past, endured seven years of anxiety and depression plus other challenging struggles earlier in my life. I understand the fear and despair of feeling like you are living on the edge of life. Consequently, I designed and created my drug-free practice to help people make it through the dark times and provide them with the tools, care, and recovery they seek.
I am a Master in Advanced Clinical & Counseling Hypnotherapy, Energy Psychology Specialist, and Holistic Counselor. I offer one-hour weekly or biweekly phone sessions that work with a 97% Success Rate. [According to the NIMH, psychotherapy only has a 20% success rate.]

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
To find an appropriate professional to help you resolve your issues and concerns, learn as much as you can that is of interest to you about the person you are considering. Share your concerns with the prospective professional and have a dialog with them about your expectations.
Then, go to that quiet place and become aware of that sometimes faint inner voice that pops up out of nowhere. Trust the inner guidance that gives you a thumbs up or a thumbs down, also referred to as your intuition or gut feeling... and go with it!
Ask yourself, are you drawn to this person? Do you feel like you can trust this person with your secrets and fears? If, for any reason, your comfort level is off, consider looking for someone else that looks, sounds, or feels like "home" (should) feel.
Checking credentials, years in practice, and positive reviews are all good guidelines for determining the professionalism of the healer you are considering. The rapport you can create with the person of your choice, however, is more important to the success of your recovery.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Some common questions and thoughts clients generally think about when confronting a prospective professional initially are: Can they really help me? Is is safe for me to have hope? Will they judge me? If I screw up, will they get mad or angry with me? What will they think of me if I open up to them? Will they really keep my secrets confidential? Will they find me disgusting or be horrified? Can I really TRUST them to be understanding, compassionate, accepting and caring?
